Through their own experiences and group discussion, participants develop a personal connection to the practice, allowing them to get closer to its essence. The goal is to experience Benefit Yoga in its entirety and gradually integrate it into daily life. A set of accompanying exercises for home practice supports this process.
The Hatha Yoga practice includes asanas from all categories. It is taught according to the principles of appropriateness and in a step-by-step progression.
Each session explores an essential theme, integrating philosophical and anatomical aspects. This opens the door to a holistic experience.
