In this moving workshop, we explore the fascinating aspect of body awareness. We explore the various stages of development in our body awareness. Through moving breath meditations, breathwork, and METTA exercises, we connect with our body awareness. The perspective on these developmental stages, based on Wielfried Nelles’s integration model—which subtly portrays our human existence—serves as a helpful guide.
From childhood to old age, we are subject to constant development. In this way, stages of our life emerge. With the help of breathing and silence, we can gain insight into our past life phases, which then often allow us to better understand our current life. In this way, we can grasp, understand, and continue spinning the thread that guides us…

Affordable rooms are available at the Mondsee Youth Hostel. The hostel has been recently renovated and also offers single rooms. We also highly recommend Landhaus Meingast, a historic house that has been welcoming guests to Mondsee for over a century. Both accommodations are within walking distance of the ZEN Room. You can also book a variety of other accommodations through the Mondsee Tourist Office.
Meals are included in the price and range from vegetarian to vegan. Drinks and snacks are always available. We are also happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions you may have. Please let us know about these before the course begins. We will eat together as part of our mindful meditation practice.

Awareness processes are set in motion and can lead to the clarification of certain patterns. However, our courses do not replace medical or psychotherapeutic care. Please let us know before the course whether you are currently undergoing medical and/or psychotherapeutic treatment. You are welcome to participate in these courses with the consent of your treating physician. In most cases, participation is recommended.
Take the train or plane to Salzburg. From Salzburg Central Station, take bus 140, which runs hourly to Mondsee. From the bus station in Mondsee, it’s just a short walk to the accommodation and the ZEN room.
If you’re coming by car, drive via Munich and then continue on the A1 from Salzburg to Mondsee, or from Vienna via Linz. Mondsee has its own exit.
