✦ How I Work
I’m Sabine, a psychological counselor and shaman. I guide people through life transitions in nature, especially when it comes to reconnecting with themselves, taking their boundaries seriously, and no longer ignoring their own needs.
* With heart, humor, and clarity: I work in a way that’s sensitive to the nervous system and neurodiversity, but also with an honest approach and a willingness to look with you at the places where things get uncomfortable.
* Undivided attention: With me, you’ll get something that’s become rare: plenty of time.
During our shamanic work, I’m exclusively there for you and your process—one-on-one.
* No “functioning,” no “performing”: Many experience their time with me as a safe haven from everyday life. Just take a deep breath and explore, together with someone, the burden you’ve been carrying alone for far too long.
* Shamanic Roots & Nature Work: Nature is far more than just a beautiful backdrop: it regulates your overloaded nervous system and is an active part of our shared process.
Ancient shamanic tools, nature rituals, and subtle energy work are woven into your support. This helps resolve issues where the rational mind often gets stuck—in a deeply grounded and down-to-earth way.
The foundation of my work
Training in life and social counseling, couples and sex counseling, bodywork, human energetics, shamanism, and nature and wilderness education. Over the years, this has evolved into my very own style: psychologically grounded, nature-based, and deeply grounding.
✦ The Place of Power
My lovingly tended Place of Power is located in the Murtal valley in Styria. It’s a place to take a deep breath, surrounded by lush green nature and nestled between mountains, forests, and water.
✦ What Your Days with Me Will Look Like
• Day 1: Arrival & Sowing the Seed
In the afternoon, we’ll get to know each other during our first “Walk & Talk” in nature, and I’ll gently guide you into your process.
Day 2 – Your Shamanic Journey
The second day forms the core of the process, and we’ll work intensively with shamanic practices and in nature. Between the sessions, there’s always plenty of space for retreat and reflection.
Day 3 – Harvest & Integration
In the morning, we’ll take time again for further shamanic insights and to reflect on what we’ve experienced and bring in your harvest: What has come to light? What has become clearer, and how will you bring this new strength and clarity back into your everyday life?
Follow-up Call: To ensure the shamanic magic doesn’t fade away in everyday life, we’ll meet online two weeks later for a follow-up conversation to further anchor your new steps securely in your life.
