Picturesquely situated on a gentle hill in the heart of Mallorca, our finca is the ideal place to relax and reflect on the important things in life. An oasis of calm surrounded by olive groves and fig trees, offering a wide range of recreational activities. Relax by the pool, take a stroll through the garden, or unwind in our spacious spa with indoor pool, saunas, and massage services.
We will spoil your palate with vegetarian and vegan full board. Enjoy our feel-good breakfast with Sonnentor tea, coffee, fruit juices, fruit, regional cheeses, seasonal vegetables, homemade jams, muesli, porridge, homemade bread, and much more until 11 a.m. In the late afternoon, you can recharge your batteries with freshly prepared soups and salads before being invited to a buffet with vegetarian and vegan specialties in the evening.
In the peaceful surroundings of the Son Manera Retreat Finca, overlooking the small town of Montuïri, we will work together to strengthen your resilience—your mental fortitude—through a loving combination of bodywork, mindfulness, and self-care.
The retreat week is aimed at anyone who - is looking for inner stability - wants to prevent everyday stress - wants to maintain their emotional balance - wants to review and reprogram their mindset. Tanja Wolfsgruber uses a wide variety of tools to strengthen your mental and emotional health:

- Meditative walks and rituals - Reflection and resilience exercises - Vision board At the Son Manera Retreat Finca, the peaceful surroundings with a pool, olive grove, meditation path, and quiet areas invite you to be mindful. The vegetarian-vegan cuisine nourishes body and soul and pampers your senses.
This combination gives you new emotional strength, mental clarity, and self-care—tools for a sustainably healthy life. Program scope: Arrival and departure days are completely free of programming—for a relaxed arrival and departure. From Sunday to Friday, there are two 2-hour sessions each day.
Three free group transfers are organized on Saturdays. TIP: To be flexible when traveling to the beach and exploring the surrounding area, we recommend booking a rental car. Departure times: The transfer is included at the following times: (approximate times, may be adjusted slightly by the finca) Departure from Mallorca Airport: 2:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., and 8:00 p.m. Departure from the Retreat Finca Son Manera: 7:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., and 1:00 p.m. Individual transfers at other times and on other days are available at any time for a fee (€75). Transfer time: The transfer time is approximately 30 minutes.
