CASA RAÍZ – You Are the Program

Casa Raíz ist ein liebevoll gestaltetes mallorquinisches Haus in Cas Concos, einem kleinen, ursprünglichen Dorf im Südosten Mallorcas. Die Casa verbindet den Charme eines traditionellen Hauses mit einem warmen, natürlichen und minimalistischen Boho-Stil. Helle Farben, Holz, Naturmaterialien und viele kleine Details schaffen eine Atmosphäre, in der man sich schnell zuhause und gleichzeitig weit weg vom Alltag fühlt.

Das Haus verfügt über zwei gemütliche Doppelzimmer, einen hellen Wohnbereich, eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie verschiedene kleine Plätze zum Zurückziehen und Entspannen. Die Einrichtung ist bewusst ruhig und reduziert gehalten, ohne kühl zu wirken. Alles soll ein Gefühl von Wärme, Leichtigkeit und Geborgenheit vermitteln.

Ein besonderer Teil der Casa ist der private Aussenbereich. Unter alten Bäumen findest du verschiedene Sitz- und Ruheplätze, eine Feuerstelle für lange Abende, einen kleinen Whirlpool sowie gemütliche Ecken mit Kissen, warmem Licht und mediterranen Pflanzen. Gerade am Abend, wenn die Lichter zwischen den Bäumen angehen, entsteht hier eine ganz besondere, ruhige Atmosphäre.

Casa Raíz liegt mitten im authentischen Mallorca und dennoch so, dass du viele der schönsten Orte im Südosten gut erreichen kannst. Santanyí, Felanitx, kleine Wochenmärkte, Restaurants sowie wunderschöne Buchten und Strände liegen in der Umgebung.

Es ist kein luxuriöses Hotel und keine grosse Finca-Anlage. Casa Raíz ist bewusst persönlicher: ein kleines, warmes Zuhause auf Mallorca mit viel Privatsphäre, mediterranem Lebensgefühl und Raum zum Durchatmen.

Casa Raíz is intentionally designed as a self-guided retreat. That’s why, when it comes to meals, you decide for yourself what you’re in the mood for each day. The fully equipped kitchen is available to you at all times, and you’re completely free to cook for yourself, eat out, or customize your meals as you wish.

A special part of your stay is an Essence Code Experience, which is already included in the price. During this experience, I’ll personally prepare a meal for you or your group. My Essence Code combines enjoyment, body awareness, and individual needs. It’s not about a rigid diet plan or eating “perfectly,” but rather about consciously experiencing food again and recognizing what truly nourishes you and does you good.

Before your arrival, you can let me know your dietary habits, preferences, and any allergies or intolerances so that I can tailor the included Essenzcode Experience to your needs.

If you’d like more of this type of meal service during your week, you can individually book additional breakfasts, lunches, dinners, or even several days of Essence Code meals. This way, you decide for yourself how much you want and what fits your personal retreat week.

So you don’t have to choose between self-catering and a fully planned meal package. When it comes to meals, your week can be just as free and personalized as the rest of your time at Casa Raíz.

Casa Raíz deliberately has no set program or predetermined daily schedule. Each day, you decide for yourself what you need and how you’d like to spend your time. Sleep in, take a trip to the beach, read in the garden, explore Mallorca, be alone, write, meditate, or simply do nothing—this week is yours.

The Essence Code Experience takes place by mutual agreement during your stay. If you’d like additional guidance beyond that, you can book individual sessions, rituals, healing, or personal retreat time with me.

You are the program. Everything else unfolds around you.

Travel to Mallorca and your flight are not included in the price and must be arranged on your own.

For your stay at Casa Raíz, I generally recommend renting a car, as public bus service in the region is limited. This way, you can explore Mallorca freely and decide on the spot whether you want to go to the beach, visit a market, dine at a restaurant, or just take a drive.

If you’d rather not rent a car, there’s also a more personalized option: Upon request, I can pick you up at Palma Airport for an additional fee and take you directly to Casa Raíz.

I’m also happy to serve as your personal driver during your retreat week. For example, if you’d like to go to a specific beach, to Santanyí, to the market, out to eat, or anywhere else, we can arrange your trips individually. The cost depends on the distance and effort involved.

So you don’t necessarily need to have your own car. If you’d like a week where you have as little to worry about as possible, we can also work together to organize your local transportation.
