(Subject to change) 7:30–8:15 a.m. Morning meditation Start the day in silence with a guided meditation to center your mind and prepare for the day's practices. 8:30–9:30 a.m. Breakfast
Enjoy a nutritious vegetarian breakfast to energize your body. 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. Yoga practice This session includes sun salutations, sublimation techniques, and cleansing practices, followed by pranayama to balance and strengthen the flow of energy, and a deep savasana to assimilate the effects of the practice.
1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Lunch Nutritious meal to refresh and nourish you. 2:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. Free time Time for personal relaxation: take a walk in nature, enjoy the sauna or a massage.
4:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.: Evening yoga A deeper practice that includes yoga nidra, music meditation, and a deeply meditative chakra-focused yoga session.
7:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.: Dinner Balanced, light meal 8:00 p.m. - 8:45 p.m.: Evening program A variety of evening activities, including kirtan, relaxation movements, or gong meditation to end the day.
