We offer full board at the ashram:

+ a hearty breakfast with homemade bread
+ an afternoon snack (smoothie, nuts, fruit—some from our own garden)
+ a vegetarian dinner, with vegetables partly grown on our own farm
+ with wonderful festive meals on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day,
+ including Christmas cookies, sparkling wine, and delicious Mallorcan wines
+ filtered, energized DETOX water, beverages available all day (water & tea)

Around 6:00 p.m., we’ll enjoy our first dinner together.
We’ll begin with a welcome session, followed by a discussion of the rest of the week’s schedule.

We’ll use Christmas Eve to settle in spiritually and get into the Christmas spirit.

Daily Schedule During the Retreat

8:15 a.m. – We welcome the day with a water ceremony

8:30 a.m. – We begin with a teaching*, a meditation, or a preparatory exercise

10:30 a.m. – A hearty and healthy breakfast awaits us

After breakfast, you can spend your time resting, relaxing by the pool or in a hammock, reading, writing, taking walks, or chatting.

2:00 PM – The second session follows, featuring a teaching, dance, or mindfulness exercise

Rest period – Unwind, read, write, or take a walk

4:00 PM – The third session follows

Downtime—relax, read, write, or take walks

6:00 PM—A delicious dinner brings us together again

7:00 PM—Inspiring conversations and meaningful exchanges

8:00 p.m. – The day winds down; time for reflection and sharing

The day trip will depend on weather conditions
The new insights and experiences can continue to resonate amidst the magical nature of Mallorca.

The destination airport is Palma de Mallorca.
Upon request, we can arrange a private airport transfer for €70 per trip, payable directly to the driver.
Alternatively, you can rent a car to plan your stay independently. We recommend the organized pickup, as experience has shown that a rental car is not necessary.
