Life is always about connections—with our children, our partner, our family, other people, and our work. But the most important connection begins with ourselves.
How well are you truly connected to yourself? Do you sense what you need, what’s good for you, and what feels right for you? Or do you often just go through the motions in your daily life, fulfilling expectations while losing touch with yourself more and more?
Because only when we become aware of ourselves again, understand our feelings, and trust our inner voice can greater clarity and ease emerge in our external lives as well.
This retreat invites you to step away from everyday life for a weekend and reconnect with yourself. Through meditation, mindfulness practice, body and breath awareness, sound, and deep inner processes, I’ll guide you back into connection with yourself—toward greater clarity, inner strength, and a life that feels more authentically yours again.

BookFor me, connection isn’t just about connecting with yourself, but also about interacting with other people. It’s often in small groups that truly special moments arise—honest conversations, shared laughter, new insights, and the feeling of truly being part of a community for a weekend.
I work very intuitively, consciously leaving space for whatever emerges and develops within the group. Often, the people who come together are precisely those who can enrich each other in a special way.
That’s why our meals are also part of the retreat: Together, we prepare selected vegetarian and vegan dishes using pre-prepared recipes; we cook, eat, and consciously spend time together. Experience has shown that this is precisely when a sense of lightness, closeness, and wonderful group dynamics emerge.
The meals are carefully selected and, as far as possible, adapted to individual needs. In this way, eating together also becomes a part of connection, enjoyment, and shared time.
Our weekend together is a journey back to yourself.
The program combines meditation, awareness work, body and breath awareness, movement, sound, intensive self-reflection, and profound inner processes. I don’t follow a rigid schedule, but rather work very intuitively, guiding the session based on what emerges within the group and what is needed in the moment.
Friday – Arrival & Connection
After you arrive, we’ll begin with a welcome circle and a grounding meditation. You’ll have the chance to settle in, leave your daily life behind, and get to know the group. Afterward, we’ll cook and eat together. A quiet gratitude meditation will bring the first evening to a mindful close.
Saturday – Encountering Yourself
We start the day with a Morning Energy Boost and mindful movement. As the day progresses, we explore questions such as: Who am I really? What patterns accompany me? What still belongs to me—and what is open to change?
Meditations, coaching and reflection exercises, heart-centered work, body awareness, voice, and sound will guide you deeper into your feelings, needs, and inner strength. In between, there will be dedicated time for nature, retreat, and integration. In the evening, a soothing sauna ritual with aromatherapy awaits you, followed by time to wind down together.
Sunday – Depth, Insight & Integration
The morning begins with breathwork, silence, and mindful awareness. We then embark on a particularly profound inner journey with a guided regression and recall session, as well as an encounter with your Higher Self.
To conclude, we’ll take time to integrate the weekend’s experiences and bring the retreat to a close together—so that you take home not only beautiful moments, but also new clarity, inspiration, and a deeper connection to yourself.
Important: The schedule is intended as a guide. Since I work in a very intuitive and process-oriented way, the program may change depending on the energy and needs of the group. This is precisely what creates space for what is truly needed in the moment.
Travel to the Bekemühle is arranged individually and is not included in the retreat price.
You can easily travel there in your own car. For participants arriving by public transportation, we’ll be happy to coordinate with you before the retreat and work together to find suitable connections or potential carpooling options.
The journey together often leads to wonderful first encounters—that’s why I’m happy to help you connect with one another.
Kolreper Damm 14, 16866 Gumtow, Brandenburg, GermanySince the retreat takes place in a deliberately small and intimate group, and since accommodations, meals, and the entire program are planned and reserved well in advance, the following cancellation policy applies:
If you cancel up to 60 days before the retreat begins, the reserved spot is non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend yourself, you may transfer your spot to a suitable replacement upon prior agreement.
I recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance so that you are covered even in the event of a last-minute, unforeseen inability to attend.
