Couples Retreat – BACK TO "US" with Energy Work and Coaching

Die Übernachtung wird im Doppelbettzimmer mit Loftcharakter angeboten, zwei Einzelbetten sind ebenfalls möglich. Das großzügige Zimmer verfügt über einen seperaten Eingang und direktem Zugang zum wunderschönen und großen Garten. Das eigene Bad mit Dusche und WC beinhaltet auch eine Sauna mit Ruheraum. Weiterhin stehen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind vorhanden.

All meals are freshly prepared and delicious, and can be vegetarian or vegan upon request. Fruit, nuts, and smoothies are served throughout the day, and we are, of course, happy to accommodate any food intolerances. Beverages (water, juice spritzers, and tea) are always available. A detox program can also be arranged upon request.

Fee for 3 days and 2 nights:
Single occupant: 800 euros, plus accommodation and organic full board

Friday – Arrival & Getting Settled In
On Friday, we’ll begin around 2:00 p.m. with a group tour and an opportunity to get to know one another. Light refreshments will be served.
Afterward, we’ll kick off the retreat together with deep relaxation, a sound journey, energy awareness exercises, and an initial energy healing session—the Basic Clearing according to Lea Energy Medicine. This involves cleansing your energy field of blockages and any foreign energies.
We’ll round out the evening with a shared meal and some socializing. This will give you an initial insight into energy medicine and its powerful potential for healing and transformation.

Saturday – Awareness & Healing
We’ll start at 8:00 a.m. with a gentle yoga session, breathing exercises, and a morning meditation. Only then will we break the night’s silence and enjoy a nourishing breakfast together.

The day is dedicated to deep transformational work as well as addressing shared relationship issues—especially for couples.

In between, there’s time for rest, relaxation in the sauna, physical activity, and integration—such as archery and walking; the spacious garden also invites you to linger.

In the evening, we gather for dinner and conclude the day with a campfire followed by a fire ceremony—either outside under the starry sky or inside by the fireplace.

Sunday – Integration & Transformation
The third day begins once again in healing silence with yoga and meditation. After breakfast, we keep the schedule intentionally open—creating space for whatever wishes to reveal itself and unfold:

The retreat concludes with a reflective discussion to help you realign and integrate these experiences into your daily life at home.

The retreat ends around 3:00 p.m., and you’ll head home feeling strengthened, clear-minded, and recharged.
