Ihr Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoß und hat einen eigenen Eingang auf der Straßenseite, sowie einen direkten Zugang zum Garten auf eine eigene Terrasse von 7m².

Sie kommen mit dem Zug ? Wir organisieren einen Transfer zwischen dem TGV-Bahnhof von Saint-Brieuc und Ihrer Unterkunft (kostenpflichtig). Die Flughäfen von Brest und Rennes sind in 1,5 Stunden mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Günstige Mietwagen vor Ort sind vorhanden.

Sie kommen mit E-Auto ? Es sind 4 Ladenstationen im Zentrum und eine davon befindet sich 80 m von Ihrer FeWo entfernt !

Die Unterkunft ohne Küche ist für Selbstverpfleger gedacht, abgesehen vom Frühstück, das im Preis inbegriffen ist. Sie können aber auch Ihr komplettes Frühstück selber organisieren (und ziehen dann 10 €/Person/Nacht ab), denn Sie finden im Stadtzentrum - nur wenige Schritte von Ihrer Unterkunft entfernt - Bäckerei, Kneipen & Gaststätten, Crêperie, Café, Pizzeria, türkische Imbissstube, Bio-Laden, Feinkostgeschäft und auch einen super Mini-Supermarkt auf dem Rathausplatz!

This accommodation without a kitchen is intended for guests who wish to prepare their own meals, with the exception of breakfast, which is included in the price. However, you can also arrange your own breakfast (in which case we’ll deduct €10 per person per night), since you’ll find a bakery, numerous pubs and taverns, a crêperie, restaurants, a café, a pizzeria, a kebab shop, organic shops, and delis, as well as a great mini-supermarket on Town Hall Square!
There’s a weekly market (large) on Tuesday mornings. On Saturday mornings, there’s an organic market (small but mighty).
Quintin also has three supermarkets (Super U, Leclerc, and Lidl) that are less than a kilometer away from your accommodation on foot.
You can enjoy your breakfast on your private terrace or in your living room.
Except for the bread and pastries, we provide everything you need for a hearty Breton breakfast. Your refrigerator will be stocked for your stay. You can pick up fresh bread and French/Breton delicacies according to your preferences at the excellent bakery—less than a 300-meter walk away!

Smoking is permitted on the terrace and in the garden, but not inside the house.

You’ll be staying in a 19th-century Breton granite house, right in the heart of the romantic former fortified town of Quintin—a charming village in the Côtes d’Armor region that boasts a dozen historic buildings and a rich architectural heritage.
Your apartment is located on the ground floor of the house and has its own entrance facing the street, as well as direct access to the garden via a private 7m² terrace.
The house is located 150 m from the basilica, the tourist office, and Quintin Castle, in the heart of the medieval town and its shopping streets, which feature restaurants, a bakery, bars, a small supermarket, a café, a pharmacy, a bookstore, a souvenir shop, a crêperie, a swimming pool, a jewelry store, banks, an organic grocery store, a tobacco and newsstand, a post office…and more.

Course location: Aurélia’s bright and cozy artist’s studio, which has retained its original charm—with natural stone and wooden beams—and is located just 200 meters from your accommodations.
Everything is within walking distance!

The TGV station in Saint-Brieuc is a 15-minute drive or a 35-minute bus ride away (the Tibus stop is 600 m from the accommodation). The airports in Brest and Rennes are 1.5 hours away by car.
Traveling by train? We can arrange a transfer between the Saint-Brieuc TGV station and your accommodation (for a fee); otherwise, you can also reach Quintin via Tibus line 5 (the stop is 600 m from the accommodation). We can help you rent a car on-site starting at 6€/day!
