Your accommodation is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance facing the street, as well as direct access to the garden via a private 7-square-meter terrace. It measures 40 square meters and is suitable for one or two people. It features a carpeted bedroom with a double bed (2x90x200 cm) and an adjacent separate toilet;
a living room with two leather armchairs, a table, satellite TV, and a mini-fridge, as well as a kettle and a selection of tea and coffee, a CD player, and a radio. Free Wi-Fi, coffee maker; a bathroom with a large walk-in Italian-style shower, built-in sink, and toilet, as well as a towel dryer and hair dryer; a private wooden terrace (with an electric grill and patio furniture) leading out to a typical Breton hydrangea garden of 400 m².

This accommodation without a kitchen is intended for guests who wish to prepare their own meals, with the exception of breakfast, which is included in the price. However, you can also arrange your own breakfast (and we’ll deduct €8 per person per night), as you’ll find a bakery, numerous pubs and taverns, a crêperie, restaurants, a café, a pizzeria, a kebab shop, an organic store, and a deli in the city center—just a few steps from your accommodation—as well as a great mini-supermarket on Town Hall Square!
There’s a weekly market (large) on Tuesday mornings. On Saturday mornings, there’s an organic market (small but mighty). Quintin also has three supermarkets (Super U, Leclerc, and Lidl), all within a kilometer’s walk of your accommodation. You can enjoy your breakfast on your private terrace or in your living room.
Apart from bread and pastries, we provide everything you need for a hearty Breton breakfast. Your refrigerator will be stocked for your stay. You can pick up fresh bread and French/Breton delicacies according to your preferences at the excellent bakery—less than a 300-meter walk away! Smoking is permitted on the terrace and in the garden, but not inside the house.

You’ll be staying in a 19th-century Breton granite house, right in the heart of the romantic former fortified town of Quintin, a charming village in the Côtes d’Armor region that boasts a dozen listed buildings and a wealth of architectural heritage.

The house is located 150 meters from the basilica, the tourist office, and the castle of Quintin, in the heart of the medieval town and its shopping streets featuring restaurants, a bakery, bars, a small supermarket, a café, a pharmacy, a bookstore, a souvenir shop, a crêperie, a swimming pool, a jewelry store, banks, an organic shop, a tobacco and newsstand, a post office…etc. Course location: Aurélia’s bright and cozy artist’s studio, where the original charm has been preserved—featuring natural stone and wooden beams—located just 200 meters from your accommodation. Everything is within walking distance!

The TGV station in Saint-Brieuc is a 15-minute drive away or a 35-minute bus ride (the Tibus stop is 600 meters from the accommodation). The airports in Brest and Rennes are a 1.5-hour drive away. Arriving by train? We can arrange a transfer between the Saint-Brieuc TGV station and your accommodation (for a fee); otherwise, you can also reach Quintin via Tibus line 5 (the stop is 600 m from the accommodation).
