After the full moon, we will send you valuable tips and inspiring suggestions to help you prepare for your detox retreat in the best possible way. We offer you lots of useful information during the fast as well as ideas for regaining your mental peace. In addition, you will receive a lovingly compiled starter set from us to help you get started. ♥ ♥ ♥
May 12, 2026: Day 1: Detox day Arrival between 8 and 9 a.m., check-in and settling in. We start together at 9 a.m. with a healthy breakfast and getting to know the group. The two light, healthy organic detox meals with wild herbs help your body to prepare optimally for the fasting and purification days. We support the detoxification process with plenty of fluids and effective herbal tea blends. We accompany you with mental support and targeted exercises. Through daily, gentle yoga practice, we ensure that your muscle strength is maintained and that you feel comfortable in your changed body. During the group sessions, all electronic devices remain in your room. We invite you to refrain from using electronic devices completely during this time so that you can fully engage in your inner journey. With Eckhart Tolle's Gates to Presence, we have powerful spiritual exercises at our disposal that remind us of our true essence. In the evening, we begin our 4-day fast. ♥ ♥ ♥
May 13, 2026: Days 2-5: Fasting, retreat into silence Together we will fast for 4 full days. On the 5th day, we will break the fast together with a nutrient-rich nine-wild-herb soup. We will collect the wild herbs together on the afternoon of the 5th day.
We will support you during these days both mentally and with helpful physical exercises. With daily yoga sessions, we will continue to ensure that our muscle strength is maintained and that we feel comfortable in our new body awareness. During this time, we will continue to drink plenty of fluids. During Buchinger therapeutic fasting, you will receive broths (enriched with wild herbs), freshly squeezed juices (enriched with wild herbs), supportive herbal teas, and plenty of water.
The quiet house and nature will help you find mental peace. Easy hikes, forest bathing together, and the fresh energy of spring will help you connect with the magic of nature. There is plenty of space and quiet to share your experiences with your fellow travelers. We have a beautiful, light-filled group room, a large garden, a sauna, and many cozy corners and comfortable armchairs where you can retreat with a good book or snuggle up for an inspiring conversation with other participants. Meditations and exercises to connect with ourselves support our inner journey. Perhaps during this time you will encounter your true BEING and rediscover your inner strength. Perhaps you will simply be happy that your mind is finally at peace. Everything is allowed during these quiet, powerful days; nothing is mandatory. We don't want to force anything. We invite you to take time for yourself and record what is going on inside you during this time in a notebook. ♥ ♥ ♥
May 17, 2026: Day 6: Farewell After breaking our fast the evening before, we will eat two healthy restorative meals on our last day. These may serve as inspiration to rethink your previous eating habits and, if necessary, decide on new paths. You will be supported in this by the power of the moon. With the cycle of the waxing moon now beginning, it will be easier for us to consolidate our new habits. After lunch, we will have time to tidy up and pack. After a final group discussion, we will say goodbye at around 4 p.m.
May 18, 2026: 1 week after the retreat: Consolidating new habits With our tips on healthy eating and inspiring recipes, we will accompany you for another week on your journey to a healthier everyday life with ease and joy.
