Da unsere Oase in einem geschützten Naturgebiet eingebettet ist, darf die Gästeunterkunft nicht klassisch vermietet werden, sondern steht Dir im Rahmen Deines Retreats kostenfrei als Ort der Ruhe und Erholung zur Verfügung.

On the day of your arrival, Vidyamor La Palma welcomes you with a delicious raw food dinner featuring fresh salad, avocados, sprouted grain bread, olives, and herbal tea. During the six days of your fasting retreat, Vidyamor La Palma offers a cleansing fasting menu throughout the day featuring organic fruits and vegetables, juices, and detox teas to help cleanse the body.

Every day there are two mono-meals, which means that you can eat as many mangoes as you like, for example, but not a mix of different fruits. This makes it easier to digest, and you’ll know when you’ve had enough. You won’t have to go hungry, as with other types of fasting. It’s a wonderful experience to eat food in its purest form for a while, just as Mother Nature intended. In addition to the two mono-meals, Vidyamor serves you three different juices and one liter of detox tea daily.

On the sixth day of the fast, Vidyamor La Palma adds some avocados to break the fast. On the day of departure, Vidyamor La Palma provides you with fruit, nuts, and dried fruit for your journey.

On the first day of fasting, there is an introductory session with plenty of information and tips on how to improve your health.

In the morning, Vidyamor La Palma will bring your fasting menu for the entire day at the time of your choosing. About 30 minutes later, you’ll begin with the detox treatments of your choice. After a break, you can enjoy a wellness treatment or another service, take a walk, or go on a short excursion to explore the beautiful island, or simply relax in this romantic oasis.

Many people feel burned out, empty, and dissatisfied with their daily lives. Few people pay attention to these signs and wonder why, after years, they experience physical ailments—even chronic illnesses—for no apparent reason. Since a large portion (approx. 80%) of our entire immune system is located in the gut, its detoxification can be seen as an important foundation for a healthy immune system, increased vitality, and enhanced well-being. To achieve this, decades-old residues and hardened deposits can be loosened through effective and painless colon irrigation.

The accompanying fruit and juice fast can support the body’s detoxification process and normalize the acid-base balance, which has been thrown off-kilter by processed foods such as white sugar, white flour, excessive meat consumption, or stress. Furthermore, the yoga of the “Wisdom of the East” can help you gain strength, flexibility, and balance. To this end, you will learn and practice physical and breathing exercises.

Stepping away from daily life and the associated pressure to consume opens up new freedoms that can inspire you and spark your creativity. In addition to the physical aspect, the goal of the detox retreat is to provide a spiritual foundation for a (potential) fresh start.

Traveling by Plane

Please book your flight to Santa Cruz de La Palma (SPC). An airport transfer is available, but the organizer recommends renting a car, as the Vidyamor Oasis is somewhat remote and not easily accessible by public transportation.

Airport transfer: The drive from La Palma Airport to the oasis takes about 75 minutes and costs €80 each way.
