On the day of arrival, the retreat begins with a warm welcome and a group introduction. After dinner, you’ll receive an initial introduction to mindfulness practice and conclude the day with a guided evening meditation.
The first full day begins with a short morning practice to gently set the tone for the day. After breakfast, we continue with the first elements of mindfulness practice: you’ll learn simple exercises, gain personal insights, and receive guidance on meditation and stress management. Between sessions, there’s intentional space for personal practice and short breaks.
In the afternoon, you’ll deepen your mindfulness practice. A mindful walk in silence takes you outside before further forms of meditation and exercises follow. Here, too, guided sessions alternate with personal breaks, allowing you to reflect on what you’ve learned at your own pace.
The evening is dedicated to relaxation: After a shared meal, you’ll round off the day with a quiet evening meditation.
On the day of departure, you’ll begin again with a morning practice, followed by a final group session on mindfulness in daily life. You’ll reflect on how to integrate the exercises into your life and conclude the weekend with a group closing session. After a relaxed lunch, your mindfulness retreat comes to an end.
You’ll go home with simple exercises that can help you deal with stress more mindfully, foster inner peace, and bring more clarity to your life.
