SATAYA:
In the Red Sea, there is an underwater lagoon (Sataya Dolphin Reef). A place of high vibration and special energy. A magical portal to another dimension where the outside world fades away. A perfect place full of lightness and joy of life, ideal for a transformative experience. Connected to the water, nature, the sun’s rays by day, and the stars at night.
YOGA:
You’ll start the morning with a morning flow that energizes you for the day and stretches your body.
Meanwhile, the crew keeps an eye on the water, and if the dolphins invite us into the water earlier than planned, we’ll postpone the yoga session until later.
We go with the flow and adapt to nature.
Over the course of the week, we’ll reignite our inner fire and lightness through a few dance and movement sessions.
In the evening, as the sun slowly sets and the stars begin to shine, you’re invited to dive deep within yourself, connecting with your innermost self—perhaps through a quiet Yin session or a sound bath. A beautiful way to end the day.
The week is also filled with workshops and ceremonies, and you have the option to book individual sessions (Reiki, chakra and meridian cleansing).
Of course, you can always start your morning in peace or end your evening on your own—all courses and workshops are optional.
SWIMMING WITH DOLPHINS:
In the morning, the dolphins appear to rest and play. It is a joy to take part in their “dance” and watch them swim and play. Dolphins have the ability to touch people’s hearts. They are wild and free, and respecting them exactly as they are is what matters most to us. Swimming with these intelligent and playful animals can be a transformative experience; they can have a calming effect on people and help free us from stress and anxiety.
During the week, we will attune ourselves to them, and they, too, will begin to recognize us. Dolphins are empathetic and feel everything we feel. They try to heal us when our system is out of balance or we are stressed. We are here to live in the moment, to simply be, and to get to know and love the dolphins.
WITH HEART, PASSION, AND LOVE FOR EGYPT
We’ve now had ten amazing retreats in Egypt, and I can say with complete conviction that these journeys are born of experience, passion, and a great deal of love. I myself live in Egypt for most of the year and feel deeply connected to this country, its energy, and its vastness—and that is exactly what I want to share in my retreats.
