When thinking alone no longer helps, we need something that can lead us to new, unexpected solutions.
So if you’re looking for change, want to release stress and find new perspectives, need help making decisions, want to put something from the past to rest, or want to mend a relationship—and much more—then please come and paint.
Issues may include:
- old, burdensome stories,
- current sources of stress (including physical symptoms),
- limiting thought patterns,
- relationship concerns,
- decisions that cannot be made,
- wishes that should finally be fulfilled,
- a vague sense of unease,
and much more.
Based on your concern, we will develop a painting task—a metaphor (it doesn’t mean anything, but it can set something in motion) or a recalled image.
The image is then painted slowly and with great attention—using criteria that support optimal results. As you paint, a connection to the image develops, leading to further steps.
