We’ll treat your taste buds to a full vegetarian and vegan meal plan. Enjoy our feel-good breakfast—featuring Sonnentor tea, coffee, fruit juices, fresh fruit, regional cheeses, seasonal vegetables, homemade jams, granola, porridge, homemade bread, and much more—until 11 a.m. In the late afternoon, refuel with freshly prepared soups and salads before being invited to a buffet featuring vegetarian and vegan specialties in the evening.

Energetically invigorating physical exercises from Kundalini yoga, meditation, mantras, breathwork, and mental skills will help you reconnect with your senses and distinguish what’s important from what isn’t. Program schedule: Two two-hour sessions daily; arrival and departure days are free of program activities.

Arrival is on Saturdays in Palma de Mallorca. Arrival on other days is available upon request.
