Preparation
About 1–2 weeks before the retreat, you will receive some helpful insights and a short exercise to help you get in the right mindset for our journey together.
Day 1:
Starting at 1:00 PM: One-on-one sessions (depending on arrival time)
5:00–6:30 PM: Getting to know each other and an introduction
6:30–7:00 PM: Welcome drink by the fire pit, followed by dinner together
Day 2:
8:00–8:30 AM: Walking meditation
8:30–9:30 AM: Breakfast together
9:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Introduction to the Enneagram, including the test, triads, and the 9 types
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Group lunch
1:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Practical exercises and in-depth study
4:00 PM – approx. 5:30 PM: Time for reflection during a walk or at the spa
Approx. 5:30 – 7:30 PM: Visit to Skyspace Lech at sunset, followed by dinner together
Day 3:
8:00 – 8:30 AM: Walking meditation
8:30 – 9:30 AM: Group breakfast
9:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Theory and practice with guided self-observation
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Group lunch
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Integrating insights – transforming them into strengths
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM: Closing session: Application in daily life and personal growth
Day 4:
Time for you to integrate your experiences in this powerful mountain setting
Follow-up group coaching:
Approximately 2–4 weeks after the retreat, we invite you to a virtual follow-up session to deepen your insights and further integrate them into your daily life.
