At the Strandhotel, you can expect high-end, plant-based, organic, and lovingly prepared gourmet cuisine. The half-board plan treats you to a hearty breakfast and an exquisite dinner menu, perfectly tailored to a mindful, nourishing retreat for both body and mind.

Our exclusive space for experience offers a harmonious balance of deep practice and restorative integration. A typical day combines gentle, meditative sessions (such as Yin Yoga or the “Feeding Your Demons” practice, borrowed from Buddhism) with more intensive psychological-tantric seminar blocks, rituals, and energy work.
Slowing down (Slow Love) is extremely important to us: There are plenty of extended breaks for you as a couple to integrate your experiences at your own pace, enjoy the lakeside sauna, or unwind on the private beach of Lake Weissensee. The exact schedule flows organically with the needs of the moment.

Here’s what a typical day might look like:

8:00–9:00 a.m.: Yin Yoga, energy work, or morning meditation
9:00–10:30 a.m.: Breakfast together
11:00 a.m.–1:00 p.m.: Morning session (outdoors if possible)
4:30–6:00 p.m.: Afternoon session (outdoors if possible)
Starting at 6:30 p.m.: Shared organic vegan 4-course dinner
8:30–10:00 p.m.: Tantric evening ritual
