This seven-day experience in Namibia is aimed at (family) entrepreneurs, executives, and self-employed individuals aged 18 and over. In a protected setting with around twelve participants, there is space for intensive exchange on topics such as leadership, strategic challenges, and intergenerational issues.

The experience combines systemic constellation work, practical leadership exercises, yoga, meditation, and nature experiences.
