It opens up the opportunity to combine entrepreneurial action with a humanistic attitude, to promote systemic thinking and to develop a positive, sustainable impact - for themselves, for their team and for the world.

This seven-day experience in Namibia is aimed at (family) entrepreneurs, managers and the self-employed aged 18 and over. In a protected environment with around twelve participants, there is room for intensive exchange on topics such as leadership, strategic challenges and cross-generational issues.
The focus is on discussions about social participation, entrepreneurial success, shared visions, succession processes and much more. Be inspired by the community - and discover new perspectives for your entrepreneurial path!

The Experience combines systemic constellation work, practical leadership exercises, yoga, meditation and nature experiences. These methods help to promote clarity, resilience and decision-making strength.
