Abriecosy is located in the middle of the forest in Bargemon, an idyllic village in the south of France in Provence.
Situated on the way to the "Col du bel homme", it is equally inviting for hiking and other activities as it is for relaxing. The breathtaking views and the forest's animal inhabitants make this little paradise a magical place.
The seven and a half hectare property is home to the old bastide, which was already marked on Napoleon's map in 1810, a wooden chalet and the "ANAMAYA" healing house. This is where you will be accommodated during your retreat.
All mattresses and pillows are made of hypoallergenic 100% latex. The organic cotton blankets and sheets are washed using only natural products. An ecological natural pool and a pétanque court are also available to all guests. The large garden offers many opportunities to connect with nature and enjoy the tranquillity and beautiful views. In the seclusion of the forest, you can take a deep breath, calm down and recharge your batteries.
And that's exactly what we take advantage of! You don't have to worry about a thing. Just enjoy this great life-changing, spiritual, inspiring detox week! We prepare 2 fresh, nourishing juices made from organic fruit and vegetables every day. The supportive program during your stay includes warming, detoxifying liver wraps that are also relaxing, guided meditations, aromatherapy for physical and mental support and valuable information about health and healthy eating. Daily exercise is perfect to help you detox.

This retreat is bookable from 01.05.2025 to 31.10.2025. The duration is 7 days, you can freely choose the start date within this period.

On the day of arrival, we welcome you with a light, vegan dinner.
During the 5 days of fasting, you will enjoy freshly prepared juices made from organic fruit and vegetables.
On the day you break your fast, we will treat you to a fresh fruit salad. Water and tea are always available for you during your stay.

The nearest airports are Nice and Marseille. From here it is advisable to hire a small car.

By train:
The fastest connection is to Aix-en-Provence (Gare TGV). The nearest train station from us is Les Arcs - Draguignan. From there it is possible to travel on by bus, but this is a complicated journey to Bargemon, as a bus must be reserved by telephone the day before.
