Our fitness trip focuses on varied workouts, shared experiences, good food, impressive nature, and the soothing southern European climate. Whether you are a beginner or advanced, our varied course schedule offers the right program for everyone.

Train, enjoy, relax. Start the day actively and end it in a relaxed atmosphere. You can expect a colorful mix of: jumping, boot camps, hiking, wake-up jogging, power circuits, TRX training, CrossLethics, yoga, Pilates, mobility, team challenges, core Tabata, functional fitness – and much more!

From 2024, we will be adding daily jumping classes led by our own trainers to the program – a real endurance highlight with guaranteed fun. You can also burn off energy and gather new impressions on a bike tour, a SUP session, or a catamaran trip.

Greek flair and dreamlike sunsets. The former fishing village of Sissi has retained its original charm to this day. Around the picturesque harbor and in the small village center, taverns, shops, and traditional kafenia (Greek coffee houses) invite you to linger – the perfect place to end the day with a world-famous sunset.

Kalimera Kriti Hotel & Village Resort***** The resort offers quiet, long white sandy beaches with parasols and sun loungers. Outdoor pools: Two freshwater outdoor pools, one of which is Olympic-sized. A supervised children's pool and a baby pool. A freshwater indoor pool, which is heated in April and October.
Fitness & wellness: Open-air plateau for yoga, Pilates, and other workouts, Technogym fitness center, spa with 5 treatment rooms, sauna, and steam bath. Other sports facilities: Soccer field by the sea, 2 beach volleyball courts, 20 new tennis courts (rental fee), mini golf, and a water sports center. A great training platform with shade and right by the sea. In addition, a new gym has been built (2023) (fees may apply). Rooms: Located either in the bungalow village or in the main building, these accommodations have a bedroom in traditional Cretan style and feature a sitting area, some with a sofa bed, desk, air conditioning/heating (individually adjustable in the bungalows), satellite TV, safe, minibar, most with cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, slippers, toiletries, and a balcony or terrace overlooking the regional-style gardens or mountains, size approx. 28–35 square meters.

A fantastic, delicious breakfast buffet with a wide selection of fresh items such as fruit, vegetables, and egg dishes. Vegan alternatives are also available. Sample day on a fitness trip to Greece: On average, our participants take part in 2-3 sessions per day. We offer a variety of workouts and training methods. Each day is slightly different in terms of workouts. We offer you an effective mix of endurance, strength, relaxation, and coordination training every day. At the beginning of the trip, you will receive our course schedule, which provides the basic framework. Due to the size of the group and the variety of trainers, we can be flexible and will also incorporate training requests on site. 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Boot camp or mobility session (mobility/relaxation) – At boot camp, you can look forward to strength and endurance training. We use the "natural" conditions to go full throttle together. OR you can opt for our Good Morning Stretching. 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: TRX & Theraband Training – At 11:30 AM, we often offer a strength training session or a workshop. For TRX training, we divide into two groups (depending on the number of participants). 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Beach volleyball or simply RELAX If you feel like it, you can show off your beach volleyball skills on the beach. We look forward to some great beach sessions with you. On one day, we will also offer a beautiful hike (starting after breakfast). 4:45 PM – 5:30 PM: FitBox or Core Tabata - We also offer you the opportunity to try FitBox in Crete. We will offer our formats here. Alternatively, you can also work out with Core Tabata. 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Relaxation session or jogging – At the end of the day, we like to include a relaxation session (such as yoga, Pilates, or fascia training). Or you can end the day with a leisurely run/walk along the beautiful beach promenade. Depending on the day and the preliminary program, we will also incorporate a circuit on the beach. The training sessions are designed to be goal-oriented. On some days, we will really push you to your limits, and on others, the endurance session will be a light hike, for example. This allows us to provide a variety of stimuli and ensure that everyone has fun.
