This 5-day fasting program is designed for people who want to treat themselves to a mindful break—without radical approaches, but with structure, mindfulness, and professional guidance. Together with Nora Kögl, you’ll experience a modified therapeutic fast that is deliberately kept gentle at around 300 calories per day, making it well-suited even for those new to fasting.
The Kleebauer Hof provides the ideal setting for this: a secluded farmstead surrounded by meadows, forests, and rolling hills. The vastness of the landscape, the natural swimming pond, and the tranquil atmosphere help you find peace and turn your focus inward.
The daily rhythm provides structure—and at the same time, space. You begin the morning mindfully in nature, perhaps by walking barefoot in the morning dew or with invigorating Kneipp exercises. Gentle movement sessions such as Qi Gong or light gymnastics get the circulation going before a leisurely power walk through the surrounding forests follows.
The simplified meals are part of the concept: light, clear, and soothing. They help the body shift into fat metabolism and regenerate. Accompanying lectures provide clear, practical knowledge about fasting, gut and liver health, and hormonal connections.
In the afternoon, opportunities for movement and connection open up: guided hikes, gentle activities, or workshops. In the evening, tranquility sets in—through meditation, reflective moments, or quiet times that allow the experience to linger.
