Retreat to the Mountain Retreat Center in the Chiemgau mountains. The Retreat Center has 20 rooms with views of the impressive natural landscape of the Alps. It can happen that you are amazed out of nowhere. Again and again. Each of our rooms is a special kind of retreat in its own right. Small, fine, cozy.

The full board at the Mountain Retreat Center is vegetarian and vegan. The most important meal of the day, at least according to the Chinese, is breakfast. That's why we also attach particular importance to a good, healthy breakfast - always including warm porridge. For lunch you enjoy soup, bread and spreads, and in the evening you are treated to a delicious buffet with salad, creative vegetarian-vegan main courses and a dessert. Always freshly cooked and as seasonal as possible. Intolerances can be catered for by prior arrangement.

The snow-covered mountains, the clear winter air and the silence of nature - December in Chiemgau is a time for contemplation and renewed energy. With the tranquil power of the winter landscape, you too will feel inner peace and balance.

A powerful yoga practice that brings everything into flow accompanies you through this retreat at the Mountain Retreat Center. In the daily sessions, you will become aware of your body from head to toe and support it to start the winter stronger, relaxed and full of vital energy. Discover the chakras as energy centers of your body and release inner tension with meditation and breathing exercises.

Arrival by car
On the highway A8 (coming from Munich or Salzburg) exit at Frasdorf, direction Aschau, from there it is a 15 minute drive to Sachrang.

Arrival by train
Take the train or bus to Aschau or Prien im Chiemgau. From there you can either take the bus (few connections) or a cab to Sachrang.
Cab costs from Aschau to the Mountain Retreat Center approx. € 35.
Another convenient and inexpensive way to get from Aschau train station to Sachrang - Rosi, an on-demand service from the Rosenheim region. The Mountain Retreat Center now has its own bus stop!
