In this exclusive, personal retreat, I will guide you through the powerful process of "stress-reducing self-exploration." If you wish, I can also teach you the method so that you can apply it on your own—so that you can find clarity even after the retreat and maintain inner peace in the long term. Who is this retreat suitable for?

For an effective break, I recommend at least 3–5 days. You decide whether you want to use short days (one coaching session) or long days (two coaching sessions plus an introduction to The Work).
