Girls' Time - Qigong Together: Finding Peace and Discovering Resources for "Me Time"

Alle Indoor Veranstaltungen finden auf dem Gelände des Hotels statt. Die Outdoor Veranstaltungen in unseren wunderschönen Weinbergen oder dem Pfälzer Wald gleich vor unserer Haustür.

Start your morning with a varied breakfast buffet in our beautiful breakfast room. At lunchtime, you can find light meals in the surrounding area. In the evening, you can dine at the hotel restaurant upon request and by reservation.

On the day of arrival, we’ll start with a brief get-together and our first Qigong session.
The next day will be dedicated to “Me Time”—a chance to creatively discover your hidden potential—and Qigong.
We’ll wrap up the day with a meditation session. The following day includes a Qigong session, after which participants will depart individually.
