The retreat at Kleebauer Hof combines functional movement with conscious breathing—supported by the natural tranquility of the Mühlviertel region. The surrounding forests, the natural swimming pond, and the hilly landscape create a setting that allows for both retreat and new clarity. Body-Art® is based on the five elements of traditional Chinese medicine and combines strength, mobility, and stability in flowing sequences. The movements are precise, well thought out, and follow a natural rhythm. It is not about performance, but about conscious activation. Breathwork deepens this practice. Different breathing techniques help you to release tension, find inner balance, and direct your energy in a targeted manner. Your breath becomes an anchor – especially in moments of challenge or unrest.
The morning sessions have a strengthening and structuring effect. In the evening, there is space for integration, calm sequences, and conscious reflection. In between, forest paths and the farm's own chakra path invite you to take walks directly from the farm, as do moments at the natural swimming pond or relaxed warmth in the Swiss stone pine sauna.
The Kleebauer Hof, with its vastness and old walls, creates a clear framework for this time-out. The vegetarian-vegan cuisine supports lightness and regeneration. This retreat is aimed at people who want to consciously experience movement, deepen their breathing, and develop new stability – embedded in the natural vastness of the Mühlviertel region.
