A Break for the Body, Mind, and Nervous System
Sleep is our primary source of regeneration—and yet, in modern daily life, many people lose their rhythm. Sensory overload, inner restlessness, or the feeling of “not being able to switch off” directly affect the quality of sleep. This retreat invites you to find peace, relieve your nervous system, and discover new ways to achieve restful sleep.
The focus is on gentle breathing techniques, Qi Gong exercises, and insights from modern chronobiology. You’ll learn how to positively influence your sleep—through movement, nutrition, conscious relaxation, and mindful evening routines. It’s not just about falling asleep, but about deeply connecting with yourself.
In addition to theoretical knowledge, you will experience above all the power of practice: coherent breathing, small rituals, acupressure points, meditative sessions, and sleep-promoting techniques from East and West. The program is complemented by healing contact with nature, the warm atmosphere of the Kleebauer Hof, and healthy vegetarian-vegan meals.
These days will give you a new sense of your body—and the certainty that restful sleep is possible again. Take home tools you can use in your daily life—as loving companions for your nightly rest.
