Gentle prompts from emotion-focused coaching will help you recognize your own patterns and develop a more loving way of treating yourself. Step by step, space opens up for greater self-compassion, inner peace, and clarity.
The Kleebauer Hof offers a special setting for this: a secluded courtyard farm, nestled within 230,000 square meters of meadows and forest. You can find retreat at the natural swimming pond, on walks through the woods, or in quiet moments with sweeping views of the rolling landscape.
The days follow a peaceful rhythm: two group sessions each day provide structure and depth, with time in between—for yourself, for nature, or for personal conversations. Perhaps you’ll sit by the fire pit in the evening, let the day wind down, and feel something within you expand.
