Weekend Workshop
Eye training with exercises from medical Qigong and therapeutic yoga, supplemented with Bates exercises, guided meditations, the Emotional Freedom Technique, and modern findings from neuroscience.
Mag. Andrea Urank, Medical Qigong, Shiatsu, Yoga, TCM, Group Dynamics & Trance Coaching –
“Over these three days, we’ll embark together on a journey into the fascinating world of your vision.
Using the best eye exercises from yoga, Qigong, and TCM, along with simple techniques for your subconscious mind, we’ll strengthen our sense of sight, shift our inner perspective, and release blockages that prevent clear vision.
During the seminar, you’ll learn visualization techniques based on modern neuroscience combined with millennia-old yoga and Qigong exercises that will strengthen your eyes for the long term.”
I look forward to seeing you!

At Carinthia’s first organic hotel, organic ingredients are prepared in a vegetarian style. According to Dr. M. O. Bruker’s nutritional philosophy, these foods are “alive”—rich in vitamins, minerals, trace elements, enzymes, and unsaturated fats. One-third of the menu consists of raw foods. The breakfast buffet features plenty of fruits and vegetables. And dinner begins with a large serving of salad. We’re also happy to prepare vegan or gluten-free meals.
The menu features what’s in season and grown locally. For example: asparagus and strawberries in the spring. Leafy greens and cherries in the summer. Pumpkin and apples in the fall. Root vegetables and dried fruits in the winter. Exceptions prove the rule. That’s when things get exotic—with passion fruit and dates at the breakfast buffet or pakoras, Indian vegetable fritters coated in batter, as a main course. Because we like to be a little crazy. And we were proud to be awarded the “Grüne Haube” in 1994 for our natural cuisine.
