Summary
Sometimes a horse shows us very clearly where we stand. It reacts to our insecurity, our limitations, our inner attitude, or to patterns we may not even be aware of.
During my 3-day horse-assisted retreat, you can come to me with a very personal issue. You’ll work with different horses and have the opportunity to gain new insights about yourself, your relationships, and the questions you’re currently facing in life through direct interaction with them.
Perhaps you’re facing a specific problem with your own horse. Maybe you want to understand why certain situations keep challenging you. Or you simply sense that something in your life is calling for change right now.
There’s no riding involved, and you don’t need any prior experience. The session takes place from the ground—in a calm setting, with plenty of space for awareness and reflection.
I combine equine-assisted work with my many years of experience in systemic constellations, coaching, and intuitive perception. This allows deeper connections to come to light.

In meinem privaten Haus, einer Villa von Anfang 1900, gibt es 4 helle, freundliche Zimmer mit großem gemütlichen Bett. Blick in den schönen Garten und der angrenzenden Natur.

During our preliminary discussion, you can let me know about your dietary habits so that I can accommodate them. The kitchen is available for shared use at any time (drinks, coffee, tea). As described above, the rate is 60€ per day.
If you’d like to extend your stay, please feel free to contact me. In the event of an extension, this fee will be added to your total.

General Schedule of the Retreat
- Initial introduction over the phone & scheduling of individual appointments
- Day 1: Arrival around 2:00 p.m., in-depth introductory conversation with the horses, grooming, and a walk with a horse. A wholesome dinner together.
- Day 2: Healthy breakfast, 1 coaching session with the horses.
Light lunch together. Lunch break and time for quiet reflection
Further coaching indoors, warm dinner together.
-Day 3: Depending on your needs, reflection, integration, and tools for use at home—either indoors or with the horses
Departure around 12:00 PM

From the Ebelsbach/Eltmann exit on the A70 between Bamberg and Schweinfurt, you can reach me in 5 minutes.
You can also be picked up at the Ebelsbach/Eltmann train station.
Parking is available right in front of the house.
Check-in is usually after 2:00 p.m. Please feel free to contact me if that’s difficult for you.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.After this, the booking is non-refundable.
Full refund up to 14 days before arrival.
After that, the reservation is non-refundable; however, you will not be charged for lodging and meals—
