The Vierkanthof in a secluded location with a view over the hilly landscape of the Mühlviertel offers the ideal atmosphere for a sustainable break. Try out new things, clear your head and feel the impetus for change. You will find retreat and peace at the natural swimming pond, in the woods and in the vastness of the gently rolling landscape. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the pine-scented sauna and in the evening in a cozy atmosphere around the fire bowl.

Catering

Modern, vegetarian-vegan cuisine awaits you at the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center. Start the day with a feel-good breakfast with breads, jams, cheese, freshly prepared porridge, fruit, various types of milk, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee and different teas. At 2 pm we serve you a light lunch with a warming soup and spreads with bread or pastries.

The Feldenkrais® method makes use of our nervous system's ability to develop more effective and smarter ways of acting on its own. Explore the flexible miracle of the spine and the flexible space of your ribcage as you practise. Find your center of strength in the pelvis and feel how breath and movement influence each other.

The Feldenkrais® units work on the entire musculoskeletal system and effectively train body and mind. There is no "right" or "wrong". The sequential
The movement suggestions, which build on each other, provide a framework within which you can experiment, explore and find your own personal path. Playfully and almost imperceptibly, you will overcome your own limits and expand your movement possibilities.

Scope of the program: Two sessions of two hours each day, one session each on the day of arrival and departure.

By car:
From Linz: via Ottensheim on the Rohrbacher Bundesstraße to Altenfelden
From Passau: via Oberkappel or Engelhartszell to Altenfelden

By train and bus:
Travel by train to Linz main station, from here there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden, pick-up from the Altenfelden Ort bus stop is included at fixed times:
Pick-up from the bus: 14.08 h and 15.08 h (registration at least 24 hours before arrival)
Transfer to the bus: 09.50 h and 10.50 h.

Cancellation policy

If you cancel up to 30 days before arrival, you will receive a 80% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 20 days before arrival, you will receive a 70% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 10 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 4 days before arrival, you will receive a 30% refund of the booking price.
If you cancel up to 3 days before arrival, you will receive a 15% refund of the booking price.
After this, the booking is non-refundable.
