This week, Mallorca is more than just a backdrop—the island becomes an open-air training space. We combine moderate, mindful running with functional Vinyasa yoga, creating an active retreat that strengthens both body and mind. It’s not about speed, but about developing a better body awareness: about technique that supports you, lightness in your stride, and the joy of movement. Amid pine trees, Mediterranean scents, and the vast sky, we find our rhythm—both while running and on the mat.

BookWe’ll treat your taste buds to a full vegetarian and vegan meal plan. Enjoy our feel-good breakfast—featuring Sonnentor tea, coffee, fruit juices, fresh fruit, regional cheeses, seasonal vegetables, homemade jams, muesli, porridge, homemade bread, and much more—until 11 a.m. In the late afternoon, refuel with freshly prepared soups and salads, before being treated to a buffet featuring vegetarian and vegan specialties in the evening.
This week is for anyone who already enjoys running and wants to refine their technique—not to run faster, but to run more easily, healthily, and efficiently. You’ll learn what an economical running style feels like, how breathing and posture affect your stride, and how small adjustments can make a big difference.
Yoga is the ideal complement to this: functional, versatile, and tailored to the needs of runners. Sometimes dynamic and flowing to build strength and stability. Sometimes gentle and stretching, to open up muscle chains and promote flexibility. Sometimes meditative, to bring calm to the nervous system and deepen recovery. This creates a harmonious balance of endurance and relaxation—enhanced by the special atmosphere of Mallorca.
The daily rhythm invites you to be active while also taking care of yourself. We usually start in the morning with our running sessions. When the air is still fresh and the island is slowly waking up, we run along quiet paths through the Mallorcan countryside. Step by step, we turn our focus inward: How does the foot land? How does the breath flow? How does your posture support you? You’ll receive clear, easy-to-apply technical guidance and immediately feel how your running style changes—less strain, more efficiency, more ease. The pace remains moderate, leaving room for awareness, correction, and enjoyment.
Afterward, or later in the day, we’ll meet on the mat. Functional Vinyasa Yoga addresses what the body needs from running: a stable core, supple legs, open hips, and relaxed shoulders. Sometimes vigorous and dynamic—so you can build strength and coordination. Sometimes calm and stretching—so your muscles can release tension and realign. And always incorporating soothing breathing and relaxation techniques that help you ground yourself more deeply.
Between sessions, there’s time to enjoy Mallorca and finca life: a dip in the pool, a sauna session, a book in the shade, a coffee on the terrace, or simply just being. The Mediterranean light, the scent of herbs, the vast blue on the horizon—all of this supports your process along the way. In the evening, the day comes to a gentle close. Perhaps with a walk, perhaps in silence. And with the satisfying feeling of having moved in a meaningful way—without pressure, but with style, presence, and joy.
Look forward to a week full of yoga, technical tips, a relaxed pace, and Majorcan flair—a journey that will bring you into your flow and from which you’ll benefit on many levels:
- Refined running technique for greater ease: You’ll take away concrete tools to permanently improve your stride rate, foot strike, breathing, and posture—and thereby run more efficiently, more relaxed, and with less strain.
- Yoga as the perfect running upgrade: Functional Vinyasa Yoga gives you core stability, flexible hips, and supple legs—exactly what noticeably supports your running style.
- A sense of flow instead of pressure to perform: You’ll experience how good moderate running feels in a mindful group—with motivation, joy, and a rhythm that truly suits you.
- New energy from Mallorca: The island acts like a reset button: sunshine, open spaces, and Mediterranean tranquility surround you—and you’ll return home physically strengthened, mentally clear, and with a renewed zest for movement.
The program is suitable for advanced beginners and anyone who can comfortably run for 20–30 minutes at a time. We’ll start together, run at a relaxed pace, and respect different fitness levels. What matters is the positive energy within the group—and the feeling of moving more freely with each passing day.
