In the flow - running and yoga in the Mühlviertel

The Vierkanthof in a secluded location with a view over the hilly landscape of the Mühlviertel offers the ideal atmosphere for a sustainable break. Try out new things, clear your head and feel the impetus for change. You will find retreat and peace at the natural swimming pond, in the woods and in the vastness of the gently rolling landscape. Enjoy moments of relaxation in the pine-scented sauna and in the evening in a cozy atmosphere around the fire bowl.

Modern, vegetarian-vegan cuisine awaits you at the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center. Start the day with a feel-good breakfast with breads, jams, cheese, freshly prepared porridge, fruit, various types of milk, yogurt, fruit juices, spreads, coffee and different teas. At 2 pm we serve you a light lunch with a warming soup and spreads with bread or pastries.

At the Kleebauer Hof Retreat Center in Altenfelden, yoga and endurance sports merge into a perfect symbiosis. Are you a runner and want to improve your technique in order to run healthier and with more pleasure? Or do you practise yoga and want to discover running as a way to combine endurance and relaxation? Join us on a journey that offers both training and regeneration. Your program leader will help you achieve your athletic goals and find inner balance at the same time.

During the running sessions, you will learn how yoga improves your posture and breathing, making it the ideal complement for runners. On the yoga mat, you will develop strength, stretching and flexibility, accompanied by deep relaxation and inner balance. Flow through yoga flows, explore the possibilities of your breathing with pranayama and experience an intensive stretching and lengthening of your muscles with fascial stretching.

This program is suitable for both yoga beginners and experienced practitioners and is aimed at anyone who has already gained some running experience and can run continuously for at least 30 minutes.

From Passau: via Oberkappel or Engelhartszell to Altenfelden

By train and bus
Travel by train to Linz main station, from here there are regular bus connections to Altenfelden, pick-up from the Altenfelden Ort bus stop is included at fixed times:
Pick-up from the bus: 14.08 h and 15.08 h (registration at least 24 hours before arrival)
Transfer to the bus: 09.50 h and 10.50 h.
