Summary

I’d like to show you my India—full of joy, spirituality, and encounters.

This journey is more than just sightseeing. We’ll make a conscious journey to sacred sites, experience Indian spirituality in action, and combine it with meditation, mantras, and personal rituals.

From Pushkar, my home in India, our journey takes us through the colorful Pink City of Jaipur to Rishikesh on the sacred Ganges and into the Himalayas.

We’ll explore temples and Aartis, encounter people and traditions, and take the time to truly let the special power of these places sink in.

Our three stops:
Pushkar is my home in India. I’ve been returning here for many years and feel a deep connection to the people and the spiritual traditions of this place. This allows for encounters and experiences on this journey that go beyond a typical trip to India.

A special highlight is our parikrama around the sacred Lake Pushkar. Together, we walk around the lake with a personal intention from the heart. We set a clear intention, actually set out on the path toward it—step by step—and at the same time practice letting go and trusting in how our path unfolds.

In Jaipur, we encounter the colors and cultural diversity of Rajasthan, traditional crafts, temples, and the vibrant Pink City.

Afterward, the landscape changes: We travel on to Rishikesh on the sacred Ganges, at the foot of the Himalayas. Meditation, mantras, Ganga Aarti, Haridwar, and a trip into the mountains take us once again to a completely different side of India.

We consciously leave room for the unplanned. Because in India, in particular, spontaneous encounters often give rise to those moments that linger in our memories for a long time.

This trip is for you if you want to not only see India but experience it with your heart—in its spirituality and tranquility as well as in its vibrant colors, zest for life, and deeply rooted traditions.

Accommodations: €230 to €395 (double or single room)

The accommodations, transfers, and program activities listed are recommendations. You will pay the respective costs yourself directly on site.

The organizational fee of €590 is due no later than October 15, 2026.

Thanks to my long-standing contacts in India, I can recommend many services at favorable rates. I am personally familiar with most of the accommodations, or they have been recommended to me by friends and long-standing local contacts.

Based on experience, the listed prices are generally reliable. Since services are booked and paid for directly on site, prices are subject to change—over which I have no control.

You decide for yourself which of the suggested activities you’d like to participate in, or whether you’d prefer to explore on your own in between. The only times we’ll travel together as a group are during the shared trips from one location to the next—Pushkar, Jaipur, and Rishikesh.

Catering

At each location, there are two opportunities a day to eat vegetarian meals. Some of the meals are prepared specifically for our group according to Ayurvedic principles.
India offers a wide selection of delicious vegetarian dishes. Sometimes meals are prepared especially for us. The food is “sattvic,” meaning it is very easy to digest, not spicy, and particularly well-suited for meditation. Even people with sensitive stomachs generally tolerate this food very well. There is also often the option of choosing European dishes.

We will primarily eat at our accommodations or at recommended restaurants to avoid unpleasant surprises.
On excursions, we’ll bring a packed lunch with us.

Since this is a consciousness-expanding journey, we will abstain from all mind-altering substances such as alcohol, drugs, etc.
