# Between the Ganges & Eternal Love
**A Journey Between Eternity and Divine Love**
There are places on this earth where the divine seems to be present in a very special way. Places where millennia-old prayers still resonate, where people dedicate their lives to the search for the divine, and where spirituality comes alive and can be experienced firsthand.
**Varanasi and Vrindavan are two such places.**
This journey is an invitation to follow your own spiritual longing—to open yourself to experiences that can touch your heart, deepen your perception, and bring new depth to your relationship with the divine.
## Places Where Time Seems to Stand Still
My personal sense is that time seems to stand still in both of these places. For generations, prayers, chants, and rituals have been passed down here—and I can feel this spiritual presence directly. The veils between the visible and invisible worlds seem thinner here. Ancient spiritual knowledge is not only preserved but is still lived out to this day. The Divine is a natural part of everyday life.
In Varanasi, “Har Har Mahadev”—the invocation to Shiva—resounds everywhere. In Vrindavan, we encounter “Radhe Radhe”—as a greeting, a prayer, and an expression of love for Radha.
I’d like to share this vibrant connection to the divine with you on our journey together.
## India—A Feast for All the Senses
India welcomes you with an overwhelming abundance of life. Vibrant colors, the intense scent of incense and spices, the ringing of temple bells, chants, voices, and the bustling activity in the narrow alleys.
Sometimes everything is loud, colorful, and full of movement. And then you suddenly find yourself in a moment of deep stillness—perhaps on the banks of the Ganges as the first rays of the sun touch the water, or in a temple where a chant reaches you deep in your heart.
India invites you to be fully present with all your senses and to embrace the unexpected.
## Varanasi – Encountering the Eternal
On the banks of the sacred Ganges, we encounter Shiva, the Lord of Transformation, the eternal consciousness beyond birth and death.
In Varanasi, life and death, transience and eternity lie side by side. The fire of the sacred ceremonies, the prayers by the river, and the devotion of the pilgrims create an atmosphere of extraordinary intensity.
We experience the ghats along the Ganges, visit temples, and immerse ourselves in the vibrant spiritual tradition of this holy city.
## Vrindavan – Love for the Divine
After the intensity of Varanasi, our journey takes us to Vrindavan, the sacred land of Radha and Krishna.
Here we encounter a different force: divine love.
Bhakti, the loving devotion to the Divine, permeates the life of this city. In the temples, the names of Radha and Krishna resound; people sing and pray with deep devotion; and the stories of their divine love are present everywhere.
Vrindavan invites us to open our hearts, deepen our trust and devotion, and experience love as a living spiritual path.
## Space for what moves you within
Yoga, mantra chanting, and meditation accompany us on our journey. We consciously incorporate the body into our spiritual practice—through movement, breath, and body awareness.
Visits to temples and sacred ceremonies allow us to immerse ourselves in the living traditions of India. But just as valuable are the quiet moments by the Ganges, unexpected encounters, or singing together.
We travel in a small group, leaving room for personal questions, individual experiences, and spontaneous encounters.
I’ll guide you with my many years of experience on the spiritual path, my deep connection to India, and my own practice in the Bhakti tradition—through mantra, voice, and meditation.
Between Shiva and Krishna, between the awareness of eternity and the power of divine love, a space opens up for your own spiritual experience.

**Varanasi – Hotel Temple on Ganges**
The hotel is located directly on the Assi Ghat, right next to the sacred Ganges River. It offers cozy rooms and a rooftop terrace overlooking the river. Its location allows us to experience the spiritual life on the ghats firsthand.
**Vrindavan – Shri Laxmi Niwas Guest House**
Our lodging in Vrindavan is located near the Rangji Temple. The guest house offers simple, comfortable rooms and is a good starting point for visiting the sacred temples and sites associated with Radha and Krishna.
Both accommodations have been arranged for our group. Participants will pay the costs directly on site.
Meals – Sattvic Cuisine for Body, Mind, and Soul
During our trip, we will be served freshly prepared vegetarian meals twice a day at both locations, cooked specifically for our group.
Our diet is based on the principles of sattvic cuisine, which is considered in the Indian yoga tradition to be particularly conducive to inner peace, mental clarity, and meditation.
Sattvic food is fresh, balanced, nourishing, and easily digestible. It is prepared with care using select ingredients and helps us cultivate a conscious and mindful lifestyle through our diet.
At the Temple on Ganges Hotel in Varanasi, we also have access to the hotel’s own restaurant.
Conscious Abstinence from Alcohol and Drugs
During our journey together, we will consciously abstain from alcohol and other intoxicating substances. We wish to experience the special places, the encounters, and our inner experiences with alert senses and clear awareness.
Our diet, too, is thus part of our spiritual practice—an invitation to give equal attention to both body and mind.
The costs for lodging and meals are not included in the seminar fee and are paid separately.
