Individual coaching in Provence far away from everyday life

You live on the top floor of the Maison der Maitre in privacy. In addition to a 30 m² bedroom, you also have your own bathroom with shower and WC. You can also retreat to your own living room. The kitchen and another living room are communal areas.

The 6000sqm garden with its small pool offers many wonderful places to relax. If you want to be creative, you can do some gardening or work in our studios. Permaculture, furniture renovation, painting, hiking, bicycle excursions, visits to weekly markets, badminton, basketball, barbecues, visits to historic cities such as Avignon, Arles, Nimes...
We invite you to take part in our bohemian life.

As a matter of principle, we only use local and fresh products. If possible, from our own garden. We are happy to tailor the breakfast to your dietary requirements.

COACHING WEEK IN PROVENCE

Coaching week schedule:

Day 1:
- Arrival
- Welcome
- Getting to know each other around the campfire with a barbecue
You will get to know me and my way of working. At the same time, I will try to understand your situation.

Day 2- 6:
- Breakfast
- Morning coaching
We take 2 hours to deal with you and your topic. Depending on your mood and the weather
you choose the place on our premises where you feel most comfortable.
- Free time: You decide how you want to spend the day. You are also welcome to choose from our range
of leisure activities.
- Evening coaching
The day has passed and you have been able to reflect on what you have discussed. Together we evaluate the thoughts
(1 hour) and bring the day to a close.
- Free evening activities

Day 7:
- Breakfast
- Final reflection
- Departure

We will be happy to pick you up at the nearest TGV station in Avignon.
