The fasting retreat begins with your arrival on Sunday. This day is set aside for settling in, getting comfortable, and consciously preparing yourself for the upcoming fasting period.
Monday/Getting Started
On Monday, you’ll begin fasting on your own.
On this day, we’ll have our first one-on-one consultation to discuss your current situation, your expectations, and your individual goals.
If you’d like, we can also perform a Bioscan health analysis.
You’ll also receive your fasting kit.
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
On each of these days, you’ll receive an in-depth personal consultation (approx. 1 hour). In addition, daily treatments such as a revitalizing foot bath and/or infrared cabin session (approx. 1 hour) are available. The times will be flexibly adjusted to your needs and your current capacity. In addition, you’ll have time set aside for retreat, rest, and personal activities.
Wednesday
To help you relax and deepen your experience, we offer—depending on availability—additional activities such as breathing exercises, gentle movement exercises, or meditation.
On this day, you can also visit the salt cave in Leisnig on your own (voucher included).
Friday Evening – Breaking the Fast
The fasting period traditionally concludes with a mindful breaking of the fast together.
Saturday Morning – Departure
After a week of inner cleansing, reflection, and renewal, you’ll begin your journey home feeling relaxed.
Note on the 2-Week Fasting Program
The two-week fasting program follows a similar structure but is individually expanded and adapted:
- 2 days of preparation
- 6 days of fasting
- 4 days of recovery
The fasting period is supported by consultations and treatments, as well as ample time for retreat and regeneration.
The breaking of the fast and the subsequent gradual reintroduction of food are carried out gently and are supported over several days.
Departure takes place on Saturday at the end of the second week.
