Picturesquely situated on a gentle hill in the heart of Mallorca, our finca is the ideal place to unwind and reflect on life’s simple pleasures. An oasis of tranquility surrounded by olive groves and fig trees, offering a variety of ways to relax. Unwind by the pool, take a stroll through the garden, or visit our spacious spa, which features an indoor pool, saunas, and massage services.

We’ll treat your taste buds to all-inclusive vegetarian and vegan meals. Enjoy our feel-good breakfast—featuring Sonnentor tea, coffee, fruit juices, fresh fruit, regional cheeses, seasonal vegetables, homemade jams, muesli, porridge, homemade bread, and much more—until 11 a.m. In the late afternoon, recharge with freshly prepared soups and salads, before being invited to a buffet featuring vegetarian and vegan specialties in the evening.

Inner Glow is an invitation to realign yourself from the inside out—gently, mindfully, and powerfully. During this restorative retreat in Mallorca, you’ll embark on a mindful journey through your body’s energy centers. Each chakra—from the root center to the crown chakra—takes center stage each day and is addressed through a balanced practice of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and energetic awareness.

The yoga sessions are both invigorating and nourishing. In the morning, you’ll begin with a gentle yet dynamic practice that brings clarity and activates your energy flow. In the evening, Yin Yoga and meditative elements lead you into depth, promoting regeneration and inner stillness.

Scents, gentle sounds, visualizations, and guided prompts for self-reflection accompany the practice, helping you release blockages, find inner balance, and unfold your natural radiance. The powerful nature of Mallorca, the expansive light, and the lovingly designed retreat setting of our finca create a space where introspection and reflection can take place in a quiet and sustainable way.

This retreat is suitable for anyone who feels it is time to reconnect with themselves—regardless of yoga experience. All you need to bring is the willingness to engage with yourself.

Program Overview:
The arrival and departure days are free of scheduled activities, offering space to settle in, pause, and reflect. During the six days of the retreat, you can expect two two-hour yoga and mindfulness sessions each day—energizing in the morning and regenerating and deepening in the evening.

Arrival is on Saturdays in Palma de Mallorca. Arrival on other days is possible upon request.
