“Two weeks ago, I had a solo retreat with Alexandre for a weekend. It was an all-around positive experience. The Taini wagon I stayed in is so lovingly furnished, and the bed is especially comfortable. The property has a very positive energy. The vegetarian food prepared by Mela is delicious, healthy, and made with love. Alexandre and Mela’s warmth made me feel right at home very quickly. Hiking trails in nature, river wading, and a barefoot path are all right in the immediate vicinity. It was all a dream.
The evening Yin Yoga was very intense, meditative, and profound. In the first solo sessions, I connected with my “inner child” and, thanks to Alexandre’s sensitivity and patience, was able to make contact with myself as a child and resolve traumas. This experience grounded and strengthened me deeply.
The second session focused on healing and manifestation.
I found Alexandre to be very sensitive and empathetic, as well as highly professional and authentic. The work with him went so deeply that I experienced a soothing exhaustion and haven’t slept as deeply in years as I did there.
So, the weekend with Mela and Alexandre helped me a great deal and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I’ve taken both of them into my heart and am very grateful for the encounter. Although I’m still reaping the benefits of the visit, I will definitely be coming back.

Here you dedicate yourself to a central inner issue—whether it’s a pattern, a blockage, or emotional pain.
Through a combination of inner child work, body awareness, energetic clearing, and emotional reconnection, the original wound is brought to light, acknowledged, and integrated into your adult identity.
In doing so, you not only free your system—you also unlock your inner potential, which was often blocked by defense mechanisms.
Session 2 – Manifestation & Conscious Alignment (after the retreat):
In this session, you consciously align yourself with the life you want to create—inspired by your experience in the darkness and accompanied by selected texts and prompts for reflection.
This is about conscious manifestation: Which inner programs do you want to activate from now on? Which alignment serves your essence, your purpose, your joy of life?

Your Accommodation:
You’ll be provided with accommodation nestled in nature, where you can experience silence, yet remain within a safe space. Every day, I will provide you with homemade, organic, vegetarian, or vegan whole foods. You’ll put away your phone and find peace immediately. You’ll have the opportunity to meditate outdoors or in the dark, practice yoga, go for walks, paint, sing, or make music.

A quiet, mindful awakening. The sound of the gong gently opens the day—connected to the light and the expanse of the garden.
🧘 8:00 – 9:00 AM – Time for personal practice
Space for your personal morning practice: meditation, mindful yoga, journaling, breathing—whatever your system needs right now.
🍲 9:00 AM – Shared breakfast (or on your own)
A nourishing, hearty breakfast awaits you. You decide whether you’d like to enjoy it in community or in silence on your own.
🌀 10:00 AM – Optional 1:1 coaching session (InspirAre Soul Technology)
Individual guidance, if you choose it. Deep introspection, integration, or conscious realignment—depending on the phase you’re in.
🌳 Free time – nature, writing, rest, movement
Lunchtime is yours. Maybe you’d like to go for a walk, sleep, read, feel, or dream—with absolutely no obligations.
