The yoga days are aimed at people who want to feel themselves deeply and at the same time immerse themselves in the tranquility of late autumn. Program scope: 2 yoga sessions of 2 hours each per day, one session (2 hours) on the day of arrival and one on the day of departure. Begins at 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, ends on the day of departure after the morning session and breakfast together.
