There will be an hour and a half set aside for yoga and meditation each morning and evening.
Through meditation, you allow your mind to find peace in the present moment. Yoga helps you to be present in your body, to pay attention to it, and to strengthen it. The focus is not on perfection, but on using the practice to connect more and more with yourself, to develop kindness toward yourself, and to integrate lightness into your life.
* Relaxation for Body, Mind & Soul * - At lunchtime, you can consciously choose what’s best for you: relax in peace on the beautiful grounds, sunbathe on the beach just a 10-minute walk away, let the hustle and bustle of the small harbor inspire you, or take a stroll across the island.

* Self-Love * - Every day, there will also be mindful prompts to help you get to know yourself better and explore ways to live your life with ease and abundance, full of self-confidence and warmth.
With journaling prompts, you can delve deeper, explore your own patterns, and make room for new paths.
You’ll learn to be a good friend to yourself and discover how to support yourself with your desires and needs, shaping your life in a way that’s good for you.
*Boat Trip* - As a special highlight, we’ll go on a boat trip together (of course, only if you’d like to :)). Rocking gently on the waves, relaxing in the sun, and taking a dip in the sea—what could be better? 🙂
