Many of us unconsciously carry roles from our childhood: the mediator, the strong one, the one who tries to please everyone. These patterns protected us back then—today, they often prevent us from truly standing in our own power.
Over these two days, you’ll confront precisely these old conditioning patterns: Where did you learn to take on responsibilities that weren’t yours? Where do you still bend to others’ wills today, without even realizing it? Step by step, we’ll work to recognize these patterns, face them with clarity, and anchor you firmly in your own truth.
This retreat builds on “Staying True to Yourself” and goes much deeper—ideal if you’ve already taken your first steps toward self-discovery and are now ready for the next step.
