LOM® solution-oriented painting therapy is a visual method that can be used in painting studios as well as in coaching sessions, classrooms, and therapeutic practices. It is equally suitable for groups and individuals. The aim is to replace disturbing images in the brain with non-disturbing images. The images are selected in relation to specific concerns before painting and then painted in their perceived or simplest form. The aim is to create a new, neutral impression. (B. Egger) The LOM method includes a specially developed anamnesis and diagnostic method as well as a specific intervention technique.
