The “Love Yourself – A Yoga Retreat for Self-Love and Inner Contentment” invites you to rediscover yourself in a mindful, nurturing environment. Mallorca’s vast, open landscape, the soft light, and the tranquil setting of the finca in the center of the island create the perfect conditions for letting go, recharging, and connecting with your inner self.
The finca, with its lush greenery and many lovingly designed details, offers a cozy atmosphere that invites you to pause and take a deep breath. From the spacious terrace, the view sweeps over fields and rolling hills—a backdrop that fosters serenity and pushes everyday life far into the distance. Here you will find the space to turn your attention to yourself in a mindful way.
Twice a day, we practice yoga combining pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (postures), and meditation. The sessions are designed to strengthen body awareness, breathing, and inner alignment—without pressure to perform, but with great sensitivity. Meditations, guided body journeys, and sound impulses accompany the practice and foster a connection to your inner self.
The program is complemented by insights into mantras, mudras, and chakras, which serve as supportive energetic tools. Between sessions, there is plenty of time for walks in nature, group discussions, or quiet moments for yourself. The vegetarian-vegan, lovingly prepared cuisine and the attentive team provide a nurturing setting for your “me-time.”

Program Overview:
On full days, the retreat includes two yoga sessions of approximately two hours each—one in the morning and one in the late afternoon. The sessions combine mindful physical exercises (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, and accompanying guidance on self-awareness and self-love. Between sessions, there is ample time for rest, experiencing nature, or personal moments of retreat.
The arrival and departure days are free of scheduled activities, so you can arrive and depart at your own pace. The program is suitable for both yoga beginners and experienced practitioners.
