The Kleebauer Hof, situated in a secluded location, offers a soothing backdrop for this: 230,000 square meters of meadows and woodlands, a private forest, the natural swimming pond, and the view over the rolling hills of the Mühlviertel create a space for retreat. In October, leaves rustle underfoot, the air grows crisp, and walks away from the farm invite you to let your thoughts drift. In the evenings, enjoy the sauna or cozy moments gathered around the fire pit.
Between sessions, there is time for silence, conversation, nature, and your personal “me-time.” Vegetarian and vegan delicacies provide a nourishing framework for this retreat. The retreat is suitable for both yoga beginners and experienced practitioners.
Program details:
On full days, two yoga sessions of approximately two hours each: asanas, pranayama, meditation, and guidance on self-awareness and self-love. One session each on arrival and departure days.
