Luna Yoga® & the pelvic floor

As an expert in the field of Luna Yoga® and women's health, your program leader Romana Steinhuber will provide you with important information about the anatomy of the pelvic floor and the hormonal changes that occur throughout a woman's life.
This (theoretical) understanding will enable you to consciously and attentively feel your pelvic floor during the yoga practice.
You will learn how strength, stability and movement originate from the pelvic floor and strengthen this basis for a positive body awareness with exercises from Luna Yoga®.
By actively becoming aware of your pelvic energy, you pay homage to your feminine power: increase your creative potential, enjoy more serenity and unleash your desire (for life).

Luna Yoga®
Luna Yoga® is a very gentle yoga style that originates from Hatha Yoga and is part of Hormone Yoga. Through a combination of traditional yoga techniques, Ayurveda and alternative healing methods, Luna or Moon Yoga enables deep contemplation and an increased awareness of one's own body and its needs. This practice focuses on the health of the sexual organs, the pelvic region, fertility and the cyclical.
