Luxury Yoga Days - A Happy Getaway

There are accommodations (a Tiny Lodge, vacation homes, a campground, etc.) at Lake Ellertshäuser or in the surrounding area (such as Café Wiesenblick in Aidhausen).
Please inquire about accommodations well in advance, as this is a popular vacation destination for short getaways.

Day 1:
Arrive on Friday by 3:30 p.m. at Haus am See
The retreat begins at 4:00 p.m. and runs until 7:00 p.m.

Program:
We’ll begin the retreat with a deep, guided breathing exercise and a yoga session
A short reading will help us start the weekend in a relaxed way
Spontaneous music-making or a quiet
wrap-up

Day 2:
On Saturday, we’ll start at 9:00 a.m.
We’ll start early with a Sun Salutation. In the morning, we’ll relax during a
meditation session
At noon, we’ll enjoy a vegan meal, followed by relaxation with natural cosmetics by the
lake
A surprise for all participants, including
a full yoga session to wrap up at 1:00 PM
The retreat ends at 2:00 p.m.
Afterward, you’ll have time to continue exploring Lake Ellertshäuser
