Far away from everyday life and the daily influences, I would like to offer you a few days away from your usual environment with a focus on your health. Your health goal takes center stage and I want to help you achieve it. The days are characterized by lots of exercise, healthy eating, group discussions and, of course, relaxation. The retreats are very individually designed and take place in a small group of four to a maximum of six participants in extraordinary locations.

On the day of departure & arrival there will be a transfer from/to Palma airport at 1-2 fixed times.

If you cancel up to 60 days before arrival, you will receive a 50% refund of the booking price.
