Meditation means seeing things as they are.
It is a path to exploring the body, heart, and mind. You will learn practical methods for incorporating meditation into your daily life—this will help you focus your mind and cultivate mindfulness. Finding true inner peace means experiencing inner peace and happiness.
As we begin to see things as they are, we come to recognize for ourselves what causes suffering in our lives and what leads to happiness, joy, and freedom. If we wish to be happy and recognize the causes of happiness, happiness arises—it becomes clear which aspects of the mind lead to greater peace and which ones repeatedly make us unhappy. Our freedom lies in the wisdom of choice.
Buddhist teachings offer concepts that are more relevant than ever before. They can serve as an anchor amid the challenges of daily life.
Yoga exercises, integrated into the flow of the breath, provide movement, prepare both the body and the mind for meditation, and facilitate centered, focused sitting.
