The retreats are led by Daya Mullins, based on over 50 years of teaching and meditation experience, together with the WAY OF THE MIDDLE Benefit Yoga® team. They are aimed at people who are already practicing or would like to integrate meditation into their daily lives on a regular basis. It is about the essence of meditation.
